Weddings and Events
On-Location 4-Hour Wedding Day Photo Shoot Package Price: $2500
Includes:
Photos capturing the ceremony and reception.
A personalized online gallery with basic retouching with 350 images delivered to the client within 30 business days.
Basic retouching includes 1 round of simple editing such as
brightening or dimming exposure, blemish removal, highlighting the eyes,
brightening the smile, and blurring wrinkle lines.
Additional rounds of editing, photo editing requests, and special
enhancements are available at additional cost per image.
Professionally framed prints, and albums can be purchased separately.
On-Location 8-Hour Wedding Day Photo Shoot: $5000

Includes:
- Photos capturing the ceremony and reception.
- A personalized online gallery with basic retouching with 700 images delivered to the client within 45 business days.
- Basic retouching includes 1 round of simple editing such as
brightening or dimming exposure, blemish removal, highlighting the eyes,
brightening the smile, and blurring wrinkle lines.
- Additional rounds of editing, photo editing requests, and special
enhancements are available at additional cost per image.
- Professionally framed prints, and albums can be purchased separately.
Booking Fee / Deposit Payments

A non-refundable booking fee of $200 as well as full acceptance of the terms and conditions as published on the photographer's website secures the time and services of the Photographer for the wedding and is non-refundable or transferable in the event of cancellation, it being the agreed loss suffered by the photographer due to cancellation. The booking fee will be deducted from the cost of the client's chosen package when calculating the final balance due. Payment in full of the remaining balance will be due 7-10 days before the wedding day. Weddings that are postponed to a later date will retain the fee as long as the photographer can re-schedule for the new date and time.
Wedding Arrangements
The details of the wedding arrangements are to be agreed beforehand in writing (email is acceptable). The Client shall notify the Photographer of any changes to these details in writing. The Photographer/s cannot be held liable for delays or disruption in their delivery of the service until any changes are received, and acknowledged in writing.
Cancellation
The Client may cancel this contract at any time by giving written notice to The Photographer/s but in doing so shall forfeit any fees paid. Cancellation less than 4 weeks before the wedding will result in the payment in full becoming due. All cancellations must be in writing.
 If Darice Corey-Gilbert Photography cannot perform this Contract due to fire or other casualty, strike, act of God, or other cause beyond the control of the parties, or due to Photographer’s illness or emergency, then the Photographer shall return the retainer fee to the Client but shall have no further liability with respect to the Contract. This limitation on liability shall also apply in the event that photographic materials are damaged in processing, lost through camera or other media malfunction, lost in the mail, or otherwise lost or damaged without fault on the part of the Photographer.
 Once the photographer receives notification, a proposal containing information about the Groupon deal, booking fee, and contract will be emailed to the customer. The customer must agree to the proposal, pay the booking fee, and digitally sign the contract. A copy will be sent to the photographer for the photographer's signature. The customer will receive a copy of the digitally signed contract which will serve as a receipt for the booking.
